Exportaid developed ExportAnswer™ in 2002 to enable our Members to obtain easy access to information about international trade issues. Normally we provide the answers from our own resources, but where that is not possible we will refer on to partner organisations who may be better placed to help. In either case, you will receive an answer or acknowledgment to your questions within one working day.

ExportAnswer™ supports individuals and companies in more than 70 countries and across industry sectors. We are happy to support students, researchers, and businesses in any industry sector from any country, subject to the standards outlined in our ABOUT US page. ExportAnswer™ is free at the point of use and is designed to answer your simple questions quickly.

ExportAnswerLive™ provides a more in-depth mentoring service for an annual subscription. Your subscription entitles you to SIX 30-minute mentoring sessions based on a subject matter of your choice. We select the most appropriate Adviser for your needs, and ask you to provide in advance a single page outline of the points you need to discuss. Our Adviser will contact you to arrange a suitable call time following initial research into your selected topic.

You must REGISTER with our website as a new Member or LOGIN to your existing account to use any of our services. Exportaid uses your registration data responsibly. We operate a secure database in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act of 1998, and we do not pass on your details to any third party marketing company without first obtaining your permission. When you give that permission, you will occasionally receive email updates from the partners shown on this website.Exportaid will alwasy keep you up to date via email of any new products and services that we have to offer
